Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms govern access to and use of Fixtra websites, online store, customer accounts, software, SaaS platforms, APIs, AI services, mobile applications, firmware, documentation and related digital services.

2. Accounts and Security

Users are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential, providing accurate information and promptly notifying Fixtra of unauthorized access. Fixtra may suspend access where security, misuse, unpaid fees or legal risks are identified.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not use services for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing or abusive activities.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, scraping, service disruption or circumvention of technical limits.
• Do not upload malware, unsafe instructions, illegal content or data that the user is not authorized to process.

4. AI, API and Digital Services

AI outputs, API responses and automated recommendations may be probabilistic or dependent on input data. Users must review outputs before relying on them in operational, legal, medical, financial, safety-critical or regulated contexts. API usage may be subject to rate limits, quotas and fair use rules.

5. Intellectual Property

Fixtra retains all rights in its software, platforms, firmware, APIs, documentation, designs, trademarks and content. Users receive only the limited rights expressly granted in the applicable license, subscription, agreement or order.

6. Availability and Third-Party Services

Fixtra aims to provide reliable services, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Services may depend on third-party infrastructure, payment providers, hosting, communication services, app stores, internet connectivity and customer environments.

7. Changes, Termination and Governing Law

Fixtra may update these terms or services where required for legal, security, technical or business reasons. Continued use after publication of updates constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
