3. Price, Payment and Additional Costs

The total price, currency, taxes, shipping costs, subscription period, renewal conditions and any additional service fees are shown before payment. Card payments may be processed through iyzico. The buyer is responsible for reviewing the final order summary before confirming payment.

4. Delivery and Performance

Physical products are delivered to the address specified by the buyer. Digital products and services are delivered electronically by account activation, license delivery, download link, API key or enabling service access. Custom projects, installation and integration services follow the agreed schedule.

5. Withdrawal, Exceptions and Complaint Channels

Withdrawal rights, exceptions, return conditions and refund rules are explained in the Distance Sales Agreement and Refund, Return and Delivery Policy. Complaints and requests may be sent to info@fixtra.net. Mandatory consumer application rights are reserved where applicable.

6. Confirmation

By confirming the order, the buyer acknowledges that they reviewed this pre-information form, the Distance Sales Agreement, the Privacy Policy, the Refund, Return and Delivery Policy and the Terms of Use before payment.
