1. Purpose and Scope
This policy explains how Fixtra processes personal data collected through its website, store, contact forms, partner applications, customer accounts, payment flows, software products, SaaS platforms, APIs, AI services, mobile applications and support channels.
2. Data Processed
- Identity and contact data such as name, surname, email, phone, company, tax or identity number where needed for payment or invoicing.
- Order, payment, invoice, subscription, license, delivery, refund and support records.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser, device, operating system, session identifiers, logs, API usage records and security events.
- Approximate device coordinates after browser location permission. Coordinates are rounded before transmission and are separate from IP-derived country information.
- Messages, files, prompts, requests, outputs or technical content submitted to software, AI, API or support services where required to provide the service.
3. Purposes of Processing
Data may be processed to create and manage orders, deliver products and services, activate licenses, provide subscriptions, process payments, issue invoices, provide support, evaluate applications, improve service quality, ensure security, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations and protect legitimate rights.
4. Payment Security
Online card payments may be processed through iyzico or another authorized payment infrastructure. Fixtra does not store raw card numbers, CVV codes or sensitive card authentication data on its own systems.
5. Sharing of Data
Personal data may be shared with payment providers, hosting providers, email and communication services, accounting and invoicing providers, logistics providers, technical infrastructure suppliers, professional advisors and authorized public institutions only to the extent required for service delivery, security and legal compliance.
6. Retention and Security
Data is retained for the period required for service delivery, accounting, legal limitation periods, security and legitimate business purposes. Fixtra applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse and disclosure.
7. User Rights
Users may contact [email protected] to request information about their personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or other rights available under applicable data protection rules.
8. Optional Device Location
On the home, partner and store pages, the site asks the browser for location access. The browser decides whether to show a permission prompt, and no coordinates are sent or stored if access is denied. If access is granted, we round coordinates to two decimal places before transmission. We retain each successful approximate location report and display the latest one in the administrator dashboard; this is not continuous movement tracking. Privacy settings can pause future automatic location requests in that browser but do not erase earlier records. Declining has no effect on using the site. For access, correction, erasure, or other rights under applicable law, contact [email protected].
9. Visitor Cookie and Interaction Analytics
A first-party visitor cookie gives this browser a random identifier so repeat visits update one visitor record rather than creating a new identity for each page load. We also record page views and successful contact, partner, cart and language actions for aggregate site analysis and support. Event records contain an event type, page path, time and, where relevant, an internal record ID; they do not copy form contents or payment details. Separate observation records retain network, browser and approved location reports. A cleared cookie, private session or different browser can create a new identity. We do not merge identities using IP addresses or browser fingerprints. A browser identity may be associated with a customer account after authenticated use or an administrator action. The selected language may be kept as a visitor preference.
